Hey Michael,
I'm listening to your mix and it's a good start. Take a look at youtube videos on EQing both highs and lows.
Your low end is drowning a bit. You want to create space in your mix's frequency ranges both for your bass AND kick. If you look at waveforms, you'll notice that the kick is always the loudest element, hitting 0 Db while all the other elements are slightly less. When you EQ, you want to be sure to do that and also create gaps for the kick to peek out in between your bass frequencies. RIght now I can barely hear it.

Your high end doesn't shine through, either. If you used ableton like I do, try creating a new return track. Put in an EQ 8 in it and lower the bass end. Add a saturator. Put your high hats through it and notice how your high end will instantly sound better. This is a simple but effective trick I personally use all the time. It really helps! You want your high end to be present, like the ear candy of your mix.
Final thought. Take a look at Panning. Really important. Your mix is very loud. There's a lot of frequencies fighting to have their say. In stereo spaces, there's 180 degrees for the sound to be output and you can control where that goes by panning your sound left or right. If you do this, your mix will sound a lot better. Go to youtube and look up panning and apply it to the mix and see what happens.
